City Link launches bursary for 60 primary school pupils

City Link Coaches has introduced a bursary program to support the educational needs of 60 primary school pupils in Bulawayo, covering tuition fees and other academic necessities.

The announcement was made on Tuesday during a prize-giving ceremony at Mhali Primary School in Magwegwe. The initiative aims to ease the financial burden on families while empowering learners to excel academically.

Speaking at the event, City Link Coaches Bulawayo regional manager Edith Dube emphasized the company's commitment to investing in education and nurturing future leaders.

"By supporting these bright young minds, we hope to inspire them to reach their full potential and contribute positively to society," said Dube. "It is an honour to recognise these talented young students and contribute towards their educational journey. We hope this initiative will motivate them to continue striving for excellence."

Mhali Primary School head Gift Ngwenya expressed gratitude for the sponsorship, highlighting its impact on the pupils and their families.
