Cheating man bashes cop and ex-girlfriend

A 20-YEAR-OLD Plumtree man is in trouble after he allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend who accused him of infidelity before hitting a cop with a brick.
Eric Dube is facing two counts of assault and he has since been remanded in custody to December 24 by magistrate Mr Joshua Nembaware.
The state led by Selestine Madziwa alleged on November 6 went to his ex-girlfriend Princess Dube who accused him infidelity.
He denied the allegations and started assaulting her with open hands.
He was refrained from further assaulting her by Simaedwa Nkomo who is Princess's mother and she is also a cop.
The violent Dube assaulted both his ex-girlfriend and the cop before stoning them with bricks.
A police report was filed leading to his arrest.
