The Government has officially released the results for the March/April 2025 National Foundation Certificate (NFC) and Higher National Diploma (HND) examinations administered by the Higher Education Examinations Council (HEXCO).
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, the Permanent Secretary, Professor Fanuel Tagwira, confirmed the development, noting that results are now ready for collection.
"All HEXCO centres are advised to collect the results from their respective regions as of today, Friday, May 16," the statement read.
Professor Tagwira expressed gratitude to all those who played a part in the successful administration of the national examinations.
"He wishes to thank the ventures, students, parents or guardians, examination staff and all stakeholders involved in the national examination system, as well as the teaching and learning process. Their contribution has resulted in a 72 percent pass rate for this examination session," the statement added.
The Ministry encouraged all centres to collect the results promptly and facilitate dissemination to candidates. The HEXCO examination system plays a critical role in assessing technical and vocational education qualifications across Zimbabwe.
