An elder member of the Johane Masowe Church, whose viral video captured him joyfully shouting "Sapatina, Sapatina" while eating Chicken Inn at State House, has been gifted a brand-new Toyota Fortuner by controversial businessman Wicknell Chivhayo.
The gesture followed a prayer session hosted by First Lady Auxillia Mnangagwa at State House in Harare, where over 9,000 Vapostori congregants were served meals.
According to a post by C. H. Mukungunugwa on X (formerly Twitter), Chivhayo was moved by the elder's heartfelt gratitude and charismatic delivery in the video.
"'Sapatina, Sapatina, Sapatina!' Yaremera magunanzi. Madzibaba Sir Wicknell Chivhayo responds in divine style to a heartfelt testimony of gratitude from a fellow Madzibaba," reads the post.
"After a historic gathering of 9,000 VaPositori hosted by H.E. the President and Amai First Lady at State House - now fondly called 'Pamba Penyika' - where all were served a full Chicken Inn meal, the spirit of generosity continues! Moved by the viral Thanksgiving video, Madzibaba Wicknell has now gifted a 2025 Toyota Fortuner GD6 worth $65,000 and $20,000 cash to the passionate preacher."
