We will deal with Mnangagwa during this conference: Geza

Outspoken former ZANU-PF Central Committee member and war veteran Blessed Geza has issued a warning that President Emmerson Mnangagwa will face serious political reckoning during the upcoming ZANU-PF National Conference.

Posting on his X (formerly Twitter) account, Geza declared that the gathering would not be business as usual for Mnangagwa and his allies.

"Fellow Zimbabweans, we are planning to deal with Emmerson once and for all. This upcoming Conference will not be as usual for Emmerson and his Zvigananda. Watch the space - kuchachemwa," he posted.

Geza also took aim at ZANU-PF spokesperson Christopher Mutsvangwa, criticising his recent defence of individuals Vice President Constantino Chiwenga referred to as "Zviganabda."

"Mutsvangwa is my long-time ally but sometimes he misfires. You can't say that Gen Chiwenga - a man who saved us from the jaws of Mugabe's bad governance and his G40 faction - can be criticised by someone who knows nothing about the war of liberation. Retract that statement, Chris," he posted.

Geza's remarks reflect growing tensions within ZANU PF, as factional battles intensify ahead of the party's key conference.
