Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai joins the people of Zimbabwe in congratulating Wendall Parson for winning this year's edition of the Big Brother Amplified. His victory will surely inspire other Zimbabweans to participate in the contest and to bring both honour and glory to this great country.
Throughout his 90-day stay in the House, Wendall showed the true Zimbabwean spirit of humility, courage, dignity and peace. The Prime Minister also sends his hearty congratulations to fellow Zimbabwean contestant Vimbai Mutinhiri, who has also held the country's flag high at Africa's most popular television reality show.
"It is our hope that Wendall will use his money to support his mother as he promised, and as part of the care that our culture expects our children to give to their parents" said the statement from Tsvangirai
The Prime Minister urges Wendall to invest his $200 000 prize money in Zimbabwe and to send a clear message to others that this country is ready to do business. Once again, thank you Wendall for showing the true Zimbabwean spirit and for bringing honour, glory and the prize money to our beloved country.
