Zifa president Philip Chiyangwa, who is battling to reverse a $4 million default judgment entered against him by the now-defunct Interfin Bank, has once again been taken to the High Court by one of the country's cement producers, Lafarge Cement, over $119 000 worth of cement supplied to his firm Pinnacle Property Holdings six years ago.
Interfin Bank last month, obtained a writ of execution against the businessman, but when his property was due for attachment, he filed an urgent chamber application seeking stay of attachment and rescission of the $4 million judgment claiming when the default judgment was entered against him, he was bedridden.
