Imbiber nabbed for touching barlady's private parts

There was drama at Mbimba business centre in Mdlambuzi area where an imbiber touched a barlady's private parts.

Family Thando Ngwenya (27) was dragged to Plumtree magistrates courts yesterday where he appeared before magistrate Joshua Nembaware facing indecent assault charge.

Nembaware remanded him in custody to tomorrow for sentencing.

He told the court that he was drunk when he committed the offense.

Prosecutor Voster Makuwerere told the court that on October 25 Ngwenya rose from where he was seated and charged towards the bar lady.

He put his hand between the barlady's legs and touched her private parts.

A police report was filed leading to the arrest of Ngwenya.
