Kangwa drive Bosso to victory

The Castle Lager Premier Soccer current top goal scorer Bruce Kangwa grabbed an all important goal to push Highlanders back to  the top of the Castle Lager Premiership with a 1-0 win over CAPS United at Barbourfields Stadium on Sunday.

The Green Machine controlled the game in the opening minutes of the first half with defender Justice Jangano nearly putting his side into the lead in the seventh minute. Bosso however finished the first half in control with Bruce Kangwa and Eric Mudzingwa coming close just before the breather.

Kangwa received a delightful pass from Prince Dube inside the opponents goal area to tap in the ball home sparking customarily wide celebrations from Bosso fans and technical bench.

That was his seventh for the season.

Bosso bounced back to the top of the log.

Caps United had the better of the possession but crumbled soon after striker Leonard Tsipa was given a straight red card in the 56th minute for head butting Peter Muduhwa  in an off the ball incident.
