Video shows dogs 'killed for restaurants'

A GORY video showing dogs allegedly captured, beaten and skinned in Thailand for Vietnamese restaurant has been posted online by animal activists.

The group also plans to present authorities with a 10,000 signature petition calling for a law to end the 'torture, pain and misery' suffered by animals.
