WATCH: Vile racist rant, woman tells black Americans to go back to Africa

An American woman dressed in a bikini who began hurling racist slurs at a group of black youths in Tallahassee, Florida - has sparked online outrage.

The woman tells youths to "go back the to Africa, it's FREE!".

The public outburst was captured by one of the black youths targeted in the verbal assault.

Apparently the incident took place in March 2016.
