Woman dies in tractor accident

A 48-YEAR-OLD woman from Matobo district's Nyongolo area in Kezi died after falling from a moving tractor.
Matabeleland South acting police spokesperson Sergeant Thandolwenkosi Moyo said Nothando Ncube was with another passenger in a tractor's trailer when the accident happened.
"I can confirm that the tractor Massey Ferguson had two passengers, one of them, Ncube, fell off from a moving tractor and died on admission at Maphisa Hospital," Moyo said.
"The driver of the tractor is Hlanganani Moyo (47) from Maphisa."
He said Ncube sustained head injuries while the other passenger escaped unhurt.
