Connie Ferguson excited about Zimbabwe visit

South African multi-talented actress and businesswoman Connie Ferguson says she is excited to visit Zimbabwe next Thursday.

Ferguson is coming to Zimbabwe for a three day visit courtesy of Nedbank Zimbabwe and Zodwa Foundation.

On Friday she took to Instagram to express her excitement over the harare visit.

"Zimbabwe are you ready? Looking forward to visiting your beautiful country next week," she posted.

According to the organisers, the businesswoman will be the guest of honour at a Women Business Conference to be held at The Venue in Avondale.

"We are delighted to announce that Nedbank Zimbabwe Ltd will be the headline sponsor for Connie Ferguson's inaugural visit to Zimbabwe," said Nedbank Zimbabwe communications officer Mary-Anne Kwidini.

"Connie is an award winning South African actress, filmmaker, producer and businesswoman.

"She will be visiting Zimbabwe from May 6-8 in what promises to be an exciting and power packed weekend of networking and the empowerment of Zimbabwean women."

Local businesswoman Zodwa Mkandla said she will host a welcome dinner for the South African businesswoman.
