POLICE in Kabwe have arrested a radio caller Chalwe Kaume who complained to the Central Province Permanent Secretary Milner Mwanakampwe for the UPND's failure to fulfill campaign promises.

This happened on Thursday when Mr Kaume called on Cloud FM radio programme where Mr Mwanakampwe was featured and started by narrating how he and his family nowadays have to ration meal limes.

Mr Kaume complained that the economy under the UPND had become so harsh that he and his family were being forced to preserve leftovers to survive the following day. But Mr Mwanakampwe did not take kindly to the complaints and immediately went ballistic using vulgar and harsh language, forcing the moderator to curtail the conversation.

Mr Mwanakampwe claimed the PF had messed up the economy and that the UPND was working hard to clean up, forcing the moderator with no option but to fade away the conversation.
