CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS OFFERED BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN FOR THE 2019/2020 ACADEMIC YEAR
1.0 SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION FOR THE 2019/2020 ACADEMIC YEAR ARE IN THE AREAS OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Degree Programmes Bachelors (General) Bachelors (Specialist)
Masters
Duration of Study 5 years (1-year language study plus 4 years main programme)
6 years (1-year language study plus 5 years main programme) except for Medicine and Pharmacy whose duration is 7 years (1-year language study and 6 years main programme) Generally 3 years (1-year language study plus 2 years main programme)
Requirements for Russian Federation Scholarships:
Undergraduate candidates should have 'A' Level Certificates with A or B passes in Science subjects, and must be 25 years of age or below by 30 December 2019.
Undergraduate candidates applying for Medicine should have either A or B in Biology at 'A' Level also.
Masters candidates should have either First class or Upper Second Class degree classification in the relevant field of Science and Technology.
They should be below 35 years of age by 30 December 2019.
All selected candidates shall be required to undergo a thorough Medical Check-up including HIV/AIDS Tests.
Interested candidates should present the following:
Application letter specifying the preferred undergraduate or Masters Degree programme in the area of Science and Technology of your own choice.
Motivation letter
Two reference letters, each from different person or institutions
Copies of certified 'A' Level and '0' Level Certificates
Copies of certified Degree
Certificates and Transcripts in the case of Masters candidates
Copies of certified Birth and I. D. Certificates
CVs

2.0 SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN FOR 2019/2020 ACADEMIC YEAR ARE FOR GENERAL MEDICINE DEGREE.
Requirements for the Republic of Azerbaijan Scholarships Undergraduate candidates should have 'A' Level Certificates with A or B passes in Science subjects, Biology included and must be below 30 years of age by end of February 2019. All selected candidates shall be required to undergo a thorough Medical Check-up including HIV/AIDS Tests.
Interested candidates should present the following:
