PHOTOS: Mnangagwa descends on Binga

President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Wednesday arrived in Binga for the official handing over of the Binga-Kariba fishing rigs to Binga and Kariba Chiefs, with Women and Youth being the major beneficiaries.
The President also took time to unveil the Presidential Borehole Drilling Scheme in Binga. The scheme is meant to address water challenges and provide clean water to the people in line with Vision 2030.
Speaking on the visit, Government Spokesperson Ndavaningi Nick Mangwa said, "Potable water is a human right. ED is delivering human rights. Leaving No one and No Place Behind."
