Tshabangu stirs controversy again

Sengezo Tshabangu, the interim secretary-general of the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC), has once again stirred controversy by recalling three CCC councillors from Matabeleland North.
The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission's chief elections officer, Utloile Silaigwana, announced in a notice that the election body had received recall notification letters, initiating the process for by-elections.
Binga rural district councillors Noliya Dube and Julia Mumpande, along with Victoria Falls councillor Maria Phiri, have been recalled.
