Axe argument turns ugly

Two Sheraton workers in Plumtree had a serious argument over their employer's axe, resulting in one of them axing his colleague.
The matter came to light on Friday at Plumtree magistrates courts.
Christmas Mpala (37) was dragged to court after he allegedly axed a colleague on the right hand.
He pleaded not guilty to the assault charge before Magistrate Joshua Nembaware.
Nembaware remanded him in custody until December 3.
Prosecutor Selestine Madziwa alleged on November 20 the duo had a misunderstanding over their employer's axe.
Mpala later resorted to violence and assaulted his colleague.
