Presidential Empowerment Fund Initiatives Advisor, Paul Tungwarara, has donated US$6,000 to the grieving family in Kuwadzana Extension that recently lost three children in a suspected ritual murder.

The donation, made on behalf of President Emmerson Mnangagwa, was announced via Tungwarara’s official X account under the Presidential Empowerment Fund Initiatives banner.

"I extend my deepest condolences to the bereaved families of Kuwadzana Extension following this heartbreaking tragedy. In this moment of sorrow, I have made a donation of US$6,000 on behalf of His Excellency, President E.D. Mnangagwa, as a gesture of solidarity and compassion. We hope this support brings some comfort and relief as you mourn and begin to rebuild. May the departed rest in peace, and may the community find strength through unity and resilience," Tungwarara posted.

The donation was formally handed over by ZANU-PF Central Committee Member and National Secretary for External Affairs, Betty Nhambu Kaseke.

The gesture comes amid widespread shock and mourning following the suspected ritual killing, which has sparked calls for justice and heightened scrutiny of child protection measures in urban communities.
