Man in gumboots sneaks into woman's bed sodomises, rapes her

A 33-year-old Mvuma man has appeared in court for allegedly sodomising and raping a 69-year-old woman.
The man, Francis Kapumhura apparently "sneaked into the complainant's blankets and held her by the neck and sodomised her."
It is also reported that after sodomising the victim, Kapumhura order her to face upwards before rapping her once.
The complainant told her neighbour about the rape and was told to cover the gumboot prints as evidence.
The police used the gumboot prints left outside the hut to track down and arrest Kapumhura.
In court Kapumhura pleaded not guilty and was remanded in custody to June 22 for continuation of trial.
