Zim man assaults cheating wife in Botswana

A jealous husband is in trouble after he allegedly assaulted his wife with stones and fists, accusing her of infidelity.
Moses Nkomo (28) allegedly bashed Kelebetsi Sibanda (29) on their way from Botswana and left her nursing injuries.
The matter came to light at Plumtree magistrates courts yesterday, where Nkomo appeared before magistrate Joshua Nembaware.
Nembaware remanded Nkomo in custody to June 11 for trial.
The state led by Selestine Madziwa alleged on June 1 at Jakalasi area in Botswana the husband started accusing her wife of cheating and a misunderstanding arose.
He became violent and assaulted her with clenched fists on her face until she fell down.
Whilst she was down, he started stoning her and she got injured.
A police report was filed, leading to the arrest of Nkomo
