Two unidentified police where caught red-handed in Bulawayo violating council by-laws with impunity by pasting posters in undesignated place.
The cops where spotted by Bulawayo24.com calmly pasting posted at the City Hall at the weekend.
They are advertising the Police Commissioner-General's annual funfair to be held in the city for the first time in its history.
It is set for the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) show grounds this weekend.
