Mnangagwa is a new driver in an old taxi

Wolverhampton - Zimbabwe has been in crisis for decades and the crisis is deepening. A change of leadership has highlighted how hypocritical and disillusioned Zanu-PF and its leaders are.
Emmerson Mnangagwa is clueless. Zimbabwe needs proper governance, not the one caustic with corruption, deceit and incompetency that has eroded every legitimate system in Zimbabwe.
Human rights and the economy are worse than ever under Mnangagwa, not to say Mugabe was better.
While he's travelling and taking pictures with other leaders, the reality in Zimbabwe is not changing, it is worsening. The money crisis is causing shortages and prices are rising.
The new currency is just making the rich richer. There is no material to process passports and that just increases corruption in a system that's already corrupt.
People have to bribe more to get a passport with no guarantee they'll ever get it. Mnangagwa is more interested in preserving his image, forgetting he is the president of Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe's image is his image and it doesn't look good. No matter how many times he reshuffles his government, he is the root of the cancer.
It's a shame that we hoped for change, but we got a new driver in an old taxi.
