Khupe challenges people 'to register and vote for change' in 2018 - but was that the reason for NO change in 2013!

On Sunday MDC-T vice president and Deputy Prime Minister in the GNU, Thokozani Khupe challenged young people to stay fit in order to go and register to vote for a change.

There was no change in 2013 after all the five years the GNU and its promise for real change not because the people were not fit and/or failed to register to vote. Zanu PF rigged the elections because you MDC village idiots failed to implement even one democratic reform necessary to stop vote rigging.

It is now two years since the rigged elections and MDC has still done fcuk all to stop Zanu PF rigging the next elections too.

It is high time the people of Zimbabwe wake up to the political reality that it is not all those who promise them freedom, liberty and mass economic prosperity, as Zanu PF have, who will deliver them. Nor is it all those who have promised them democratic change, as Khupe and her MDC friends have, who will deliver change. Both Zanu PF and MDC leaders have proven beyond doubt that they are corrupt and incompetent; all they are after is to elected into office so they can have political power and unfettered access to the nation's wealth – a seat on the gravy train.

Whilst our political leaders from both side of the political divide have turned out to be breathtakingly corrupt and incompetent; we, the electorate, have proven that we are breathtakingly naïve and gullible.

People always get the government they deserve; after 35 years, we cannot say we do not deserve this corrupt and tyrannical Zanu PF complete with the equally corrupt, incompetent and totally useless MDC opposition. If we are serious about ending the tragic human suffering Zimbabwe is going through right now and bring about real democratic change then it is our mental fitness we need to work on. As long as the majority of the Zimbabwe electorate remain naïve and gullible we will never get out of the political and economic hell Zanu PF has dragged us into! Not in 2018, not ever!
