Middlesbrough midfielder Gary O'Neil has agreed a two-and-a-half year deal to join relegation threatened West Ham.
O'Neil, who signed for npower Championship side Boro in August 2007 for £5million from Portsmouth, is manager Avram Grant's third signing of the January transfer window.
