OK Zimbabwe Board members seek re-election

The Eleventh Annual General Meeting of Members of OK Zimbabwe Limited will be held in Harare on Friday 27 July 2012 to receive and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2012, together with the Report of the Directors and Auditors.
W.N. Alexander, R. van Solt and M.C. Jennings will retire by rotation at the conclusion of the meeting and they offer themselves for re-election.
Hebert Nkala will also retire from the Board and also offers himself for re-election.
Members will be asked to approve the auditors' fees, approve Director's fees and to appoint auditors for the company for the ensuing year.
Members will also confirm the interim dividend of 0.15 cents per share declared on 30 September 2011 and the final dividend of 0.35 cents per share declared on 1 June 2012.
