The highly anticipated judgment between 1893 Mthwakazi Restoration Movement and Bulawayo Deputy Mayo4 Tinashe Kambarami was still not out at the time of writing on Thursday evening.

Cite reported applicant's Lawyer, Godfrey Nyoni, said when he checked on Thursday no ruling was made yet as High Court Judge Mabhikwa reserved judgement. As soon as Judge makes a ruling, they will be informed.

The applicant is seeking the removal of Kambarami as Deputy Mayor and councillor arguing that he was elected illegally because he did not declare that he was a convicted criminal over a crime of dishonesty.

Meanwhile, Bulawayo activist Josphat Ngulube has been arraigned before the courts for allegedly leading an illegal demonstration against the deteriorating economic situation in the country.

Ngulube was remanded in custody to tomorrow for bail ruling.

He pleaded not guilty to a charge of failure to give notice of a public gathering before magistrate Franklin Mkhwananzi.

State representative Mufaro Mageza told the court Ngulube's notice which he submitted to the police on July 13, seeking to demonstrate on July 17 was rejected as it was on short notice.
