Robbers pounce on a housing scheme site

Donnybrook Mabvuku housing pay scheme site storeroom was allegedly robbed last night (Saturday).

The robbers got away with a solar battery, inverter and plumbing material worth thousands of dollars.

One of the security guards Darlington Mudzviti told Bulawayo24.com, "Thieves broke into the warehouse around 11pm last night when the guards had gone to check the other site office".

Goods stolen have an estimated value of US$ 2000, the matter was reported at Mabvuku police station and it's still under investigation.
