Zanu-PF thugs terrorise Epworth

Zanu-PF thugs using 4 twin cabs reportedly terrorized residents of Epworth on a Saturday night.

Tajamuka/Sesjikile Campaign posted on Facebook wall that thugs visited homesteads of activists breaking doors and assaulting people.

"Activists who fell victim to these thugs and were badly injured include Thandiwe Ncube, Ponillia Karuru, Cleopas Kawazha, and Joakim Jingura who are currently receiving medical treatment at a private clinic," Tajamuka stated.

"Zanu-PF thugs were led by Joseph Kanyenze and Victor Rundare. Tajamuka/Sesjikile rapid respond team comprising Defenders of Peace visited the alleged places of residents of the culprits and could not locate them. We appeal to all progressive citizens in Epworth and Harare to provide details of these leading perpetrators phone numbers, full details of their kids and schools they attend, their parents as well as full details of their immediate families."

The pressure group said it is during times like these that citizens should fulfill their responsibility to protect their fellows.
