Hungry man steals bags of maize

A hungry man from Plumtree is in soup after he allegedly stole two bags of maize from his neighbour.
Makarena Moyo was dragged to Plumtree magistrates courts yesterday where he appeared before magistrate Joshua Nembaware.
Nembaware remanded Moyo to May 29 out of custody.
The state alleged on April 19 Moyo went to his neighbour's house intending to charge his phone.
Upon arrival, he went to the complainant's storeroom and stole two bags of maize.
The complainant was alerted by his dogs which barked when the suspect was leaving his premises.
The complainant feared to go outside and discovered the loot the next day and he filed a police report.
