The social media effect: Voice of the voiceless

The social media must be enemy number one for regimes that suppress people,s voices.It played a big part during the Arab springs and today we see what the Junta is capable of. Previous elections have been shrouded in top secrecy with the opposition not knowing what hit them, what went wrong.Thanks now to the effect of social media the 2018 elections have now been exposed to be a shame as the Junta front-man has been exposed for his shameless hypocrisy.
Few months in power he concentrated on putting make up on Zanu pf at the same time denigrating his predecessor. I have said it before, in an scenario the so called right hand man is the more evil of the two. He knows what his boss does not,here is the man who a few months ago preached about democracy. Do they really know the meaninh of the word, or they just borrow it ?
The social media has been on active mode exposing what we all knew ,the trickery of Zanu pf entity the ZEC. This is not an independent body but an extension of the Junta. The Executive has power over the security so why did the Junta front man allow the Army on the streets.To add something more Presidential guard is just a bunch of village Zanu pf youths trained to guard Zanu pf interests. They are no different from 5 brigade which answered only to the office of the Prime minister (Mugabe ). For one to join these yellow berreted hooligans one comes through recommendations of Zanu pf in the villages no wonder the allegiance they show .
Previously l wrote that the Army stands in front of MDC and this is happening now. This is now a military state,police can handle civilians better than those Rambos on the streets.Was there fear the police would sympathize with the masses?Evidence is coming on social media how results have been manipulated by polling officers who could be Army intelligence operatives .
Honestly, who in his right mind would vote for continued suffering in Zimbabwe? This does not add up at all. lt was just a matter of time when we would see the real characters of Munangagwa and Ambi man. They used the people now they are against those same people they used to oust one of theirs.
Why really do we have elections if the will of the people is not respected?Each election has reflected people's preferred choices but Zanu pf being an evil party refuses to surrender.
I have always pointed out that the Junta is staying in power just to save their skins ,it is not about us and it has never been.
The media will continue to play a huge role exposing Zanu pf and Junta together with the equally useless ZEC. If ZEC chairperson had just a bit of imagination she would step down. Here is a woman with an unsolved case of demanding US $20,000 bribe appointed a Judge, appointed ZEC chairperson, this says a lot about her character. What more do they have on her that she can't save her integrity?
