Prisons get soccer kits

Guruve prison and Bindura prison soccer teams are in cloud nine after popular traditional healer Sekuru Nyangatayani donated the kits and balls to them.
The donations were done over the weekend, were all. Prisons teams in Mashonaland Central were playing at their annual Zimbabwe Prisons Commission Services (ZPCS) commissioner's gala at Mudhindo in Guruve.
The host dominated in soccer and netball while Bindura took the second position.
Speaking on the event officer commanding Mashonaland Central province George Marange hailed Nyangatayani and other stakeholders who made the day a success.
"We would like to thank all stakeholders who made this day a success chief among them Sekuru Nyangatayani who has donated sports kits to our prisons," Marange said.
Sekuru Nyangatayani is not new to prisons as he usually makes donations to Bindura prisons.
He told this publication that he is not stopping there since giving is his hobby.
"I am not stopping here,giving is my hobby, and l am not stopping here," added Sskuru Nyangatayani.
The event was attended by Mashonaland Central Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Honourable Christopher Magomo, Senetor Eleven Kambizi and other local leaders.
