Man assault stepfather over public sex with mother

A 72 YEAR old step father in Bulilima got a lashing from his stepson for repeatedly having sex with his mother in full view of his young nephews and nieces.
Tshido Ndebele was beaten with an iron rod on the head by Wiseman Sibanda aged 28.
 Sibanda was angered by Ndelebe's actions whom he said was unrepentant.
Sibanda was sentenced to eight months in jail but four months were set aside.
In court, Sibanda said he once warned his stepfather against having sex with his mother in full view of his nephews and nieces.
His warning fell on deaf ears, he said.
"I assaulted my stepfather because he is disrespectful. He engages in sexual activities with my mother in full view of my nephews and nieces who are juveniles.
"He has been doing this for some time and in once warned him but he did not heed my advice".
The assault occurred on February 26 around 10 pm.
