Jonathan Moyo's message to ZANU PF members

Professor Jonathan Moyo has appealed to members of Zanu-PF to prioritise than be partisan because new merit-based Zimbabwe can never be achieved under the current ruling party [Zanu-PF].

Writing on microblogging site Twitter, Moyo said, "Dear ZanuPF Cdes, Clearly ZanuPF cannot be changed from within. A new, merit-based Zim, riding on the rich & diverse talent of its youth, is impossible with ZanuPF. It's better to be Zimbabwean than to be ZanuPF. Be part of the CITIZEN'S CONVERGENCE FOR CHANGE!"

Calling upon the Convergence for Change Moyo added that, "The struggle is about principles, not principals. In other words; it's not about who, but what, how and when. Focusing is always the key!"

Moyo recently urged the opposition MDC to register CCC as a name.
