ZIFA to host refresher courses
2 hrs ago | Views

The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has announced plans to conduct refresher courses for coaches holding Confederation of African Football (CAF) A, B, and C badges.
Coaches wishing to upgrade their qualifications will pay a flat fee of US$300. This marks the first time in several years that such courses will be held in Zimbabwe, as local mentors have previously had to travel to countries such as Tanzania and Botswana to renew their certifications.
High-profile coaches expected to participate include Highlanders assistant Try Ncube, former Bulawayo Chiefs head coach Thulani "Thuts" Sibanda, Bongani Mafu, and legendary striker Peter "Nsukuzonke" Ndlovu.
ZIFA says the initiative is aimed at strengthening domestic coaching standards and providing Zimbabwean mentors with an accessible pathway to maintain and enhance their CAF credentials.
