Man jailed for assaulting ex-wife's mother

A 25-year-old Chinhoyi man, Gift Katongomara, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for assaulting his ex-wife's mother, the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe (NPA) reports.

Chinhoyi Magistrates Court handed down the sentence, suspending six months on condition that Katongomara maintains good behavior.
