Prophet Magaya's body guard gets bail

Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries founder's security aide, Tapiwa Felix Chikondo (34), was freed on $300 bail by Magistrate Tapiwa Kuhudzayi after being charged with defeating or obstructing the course of justice. He allegedly assaulted a police officer while attempting to block Magaya's arrest.

Chikondo, a corporal in the Zimbabwe National Army, is stationed at Rusununguko Holdings, an army-owned company.

The High Court is expected to hear Magaya's bail application in the coming days.
